Project 365 | Capturing my everyday in photos | Week 5
I thought I’d set myself the challenge of not including my children for this week. Which proved difficult for two main reasons: 1) I am a people photographer… I love to capture character and stories above and beyond anything else… 2) they are such a huge part of my everyday life!
However, it was good to challenge myself with other details… perhaps things that say a little more about me. But I’ll be glad to include my little (and big) monkeys again next week… they do provide a lot of my inspiration. Hope you enjoy this week’s set…
The gorgeous room for my Photography Workshop at Foxhills.
SNOW! oh, the excitement in my house. I love it in the trees best of all.. so pretty.
Nature’s little bit of bling and sparkle.
Smoothie. Love that colour.
I often have a faithful friend follow me when I go out in the garden with my camera.
Pretending it’s actually warm instead of utterly freezing with a ‘sunshine’ beer. Come ON Spring!
This is a driftwood mirror we made for our bathroom. Shells captured by the children from many beaches in the UK. Yes, the mirror WAS filthy, but it makes the photo more interesting, right? That’s my excuse anyway.
